Girl in Trouble Cowl
I’m an original punk rock girl. Romeo Void was a favorite band. I loved that raw saxophone and Debora Iyall’s vocals. She had talent, beauty, and sex appeal all wrapped up in self-assured attitude. Love her…
Girl in Trouble was the only song that was a little pop, a little mainstream. The lyrics, underlying beat, and that gritty sax riff was all Romeo Void. Just like the pattern in this cowl, the song meanders from risk to rescue because “girl in trouble is a temporary thing.”
The cast on edge is the top of the cowl and the bind off edge is the bottom of the cowl, so Girl in Trouble is worn with the narrow edge under the chin and the wider edge resting on the shoulders.
