I’m not sure how much this takes, I used scarps from stash for the multi colored part. it probably too less than half the skein for the body of the romper and close to the same for the hat. So better have a full skein to start.

The main part of the romper is knit in the round. divided at the legs and each of them knitted in the round. You will need double points (dps) for the legs.

I added the silly sandal pattern, I think you could make this just as easy using ribbon or some of that colored elastic instead of the I-cord.
