In honor of the release of my new baby booties pattern, Bow Strap Baby Flats I have a free kids-sized version of the pattern for you! After making the baby version, I decided to make a womens size for myself. And they were sooo cute and comfy that everyone began wanting some. I knew an 8-year-old who was having a birthday and thought this would be perfect for her - so here is a girls size 1.5 slipper!

But the great thing about these is that you can adjust the hook and yarn weight and have a completely different size! I used Bernat Waverly (Aran weight) and a G hook, and it came to a 1.5 size, but if you used DK weight yarn and an E or F hook, you could make it smaller - or even hold 2 strands of DK weight yarn and use an I or J hook to get a bigger size … the possibilities are endless!
