Yarn - Hopscotch, medium worsted weight yarn (4 oz/113 g, 210 yds/193m)
6m-9m require 4-6oz
12m, 2T, 3T, 4T, 5T require approx. 6-8oz
6, 7, 8 require approx. 8-10oz
9, 10, 12, 14 require approx. 10-12oz

Materials - I/9-5.5mm hook, yarn needle, scissors

Size - 6m through 14

Fits the following measurements:
(Note - This is the child measurements. The garment should be approx. 3”-4” wider than the widest measurement of the child. For example, if the child’s chest or tummy measurement is approx. 20”, you’ll want your finished garment to be 23”-24” or so.)

6m-9m 18-19” chest, 14-15” neck to hip
12m-2T 20-21” chest, 16-17” neck to hip
3T-4T 22-23” chest, 18-19” neck to hip

Notes - This pattern is worked from the top down, back and forth in rows. Work 2 pieces and sew the sides and shoulders to complete it. This is not a traditional v-stitch. This modified v-stitch is made by working 2 dc in the space of the 2 dc of the previous row as you would a v-stitch, but do not chain. Turning chain counts as a stitch.
