Giselle
Giselle is an heirloom, pictured here in hand dyed natural wool and hand made glass eyes. She’s my dream of a “lapin Parisien” (Parisian bunny) and wears a lacey knitted frock. Her cotton underskirt ties in the back to reveal her picot trimmed bloomies and little bunny tail. Standing at about 12 inches tall, Giselle could add a touch of Paris to your home.
This pattern has all the info you need to make this little treasure; including technique descriptions, diagrams, and photos. I would rate this as “easy” to “intermediate” for an experienced crocheter, and requires only minimal sewing, knitting, and embroidery skills.
Suggested materials: wool and wool blend yarn (worsted weight, ~200 yds), polyester filling, 12 mm glass or plastic safety eyes, cotton fabric, and felt.
