Glacial Rift Scarf and Cowl
Glacial Rift features a gauze-like fabric of laceweight silk/mohair blend, and contrasting rows of large eyelet-shaped openings. Bring your own unique take to the design - the scarf and cowls are knitted in sections which are grafted together so you can change when each section finishes, adding more or less contrasting rows and colours as desired.
The scarf has 3 different colours for the contrast rows with variation in the section spacing. The cowls have regularly spaced contrast rows with the twice around cowl using one contrast colour and the once around cowl using 3 colours.
Recommended yarns: Use a laceweight silk/mohair blend for the main yarn and smooth fingering weight yarns for the contrasting eyelet rows.
