Crochet Pattern for Gladiator Baby Sandals (3-6M)

Pattern Notes
This pattern is written in standard U.S. Terms.
The sole is worked in the round, finishing each round with a slip stitch into the first. The ch2 at the beginning of rows 2 and 3 of the sole count as stitches.
You will work on two soles per sandal. Only finish off after the first sole, after the second, you will slip stitch the two together with the wrong sides facing each other. Try to do this as loosely as you can so that it looks as even as possible and to make it easier to work the heel into.
The heel and middle straps are worked in rows, where you will turn your work after each row. The ch2 ast the beginning of rows 1-3 of the heel do not count as stitches.
For the second shoe, you will work on the opposite side of the sole for the heel.
