Toe up socks for 1-3 years. The foot is 13cm. Before the heel 9cm, the heel itself 4cm.
The pattern has one size but its easy to change for different sizes. You could use the Super Sock Calculator: http://www.roued.com/pattern-super-sock-calculator/
to see number of sts and lenght for different sizes.

I used about half of a skein for both socks.
