Materials
5 skeins of Knit Picks Palette Yarn, colors: Tidepool Heather, Sagebrush, Rainforest Heather, Clarity, and Cream (231 yards per skein)
Note: I chose yarns from the Palette color set that form a dark to light gradient. An alternative is to buy a skein set that pre-packaged as a gradient of brightness or of colors. Examples below have 5 skeins so you can either exclude one color, or make a 5-stitch saxon cable scarf. You will also need a neutral background color (such as white or off-white).
• Sweet Georgia Part of Five Tough Love Sock, Colorway Hanami
• Wonderland Yarns Mad Hatter 5-Skein Pack, Colorway Fuchsia To Turquoise Shadow, #32, or Colorway Melonjolly, #37
• Wonderland Yarns Queen of Hearts 5-Skein Pack, Colorway Lime to Turquoise Shadow, #33
Supplies
4.0 mm Crochet Hook (Make sure to use a slightly larger hook than you typically use with that yarn. This makes the color work less tight. I added 0.5 mm to my normal hook size)
Scarf Dimensions
3.5 inches wide and 58 inches long (4.83 feet) (excluding tassels)
