Materials:

• 100% WOOL (superwash merino is great) (8 ply or dk weight and larger)

ONLY 100% WOOL MAY BE USED. NO OTHER FIBER WILL BE ACCEPTED FOR THIS PATERN.

• stitch marker

• US size6/4mm (or smaller) double pointed needles, 1 or 2 circular needles, or a 9-12 inch circular needle (It will depend on your preference)

• tapestry needle

• measuring tape or ruler

Notes:

  • Uses Turkish Cast on Method (link provided in pattern)

• This pattern is worked from the bottom up in a circular method.

• Carlton Merino Supreme yarn (or larger yarn)

• The pouch should measure approximately 12 cm (4.75 inches) wide and 12 cm (4.75 inches) tall.

• This pattern does not include inner liner sewing pattern, but is 100% compatible with the micro inner liner patterns used in the Animal Craft Rescue Guild group on facebook.

• The knit flat pattern from the Animal Craft Rescue Guild says: If you don’t sew please feel free to just send knitted pouches and a liner will be made for them.

• Keeping the 12cm x 12 cm (4.75 in. x 4.75 in.) dimensions is important so that liners will fit snuggly.

• Last, but not least, please make a gauge swatch in order to know how many stitches you will need to reach the desired size.
