This piece is worked from the center out with arm holes placed
as you knit. The arm holes are slightly off center so the jacket can be worn longer or inverted (upside down) to become a shorter jacket with a larger collar.
It is very versatile and fun to wear!

The knitted-on lace edging is a great finish to the piece, as well, and is a wonderful technique to learn if you have never tried it!
