ABOUT THIS PATTERN:

Socks with an easy to memorize texture pattern. This design works as well for men as for women.
For my version I used our Soft Socks in the colourways Globetrotter and Finsternis for the heel - hence the name.
This pattern has instructions for three different sizes: S (EU size 34-37), M (EU size 38-41) and L (EU 42-45). You can use DPNs or the magic loop method or 9’’ circular needles to knit this pair of socks.
The socks are worked cuff down, in the round and the pattern will lead you through all parts of the sock. It explains you how to knit the heel and toe in detail.
The heel is not like the typical boomerang heel because the heel is worked in a contrasting colour and we do not want to have this colour on top of the sock. The pattern explains you very detailed how to knit this heel and there is a little trick how to prevent holes.
The pattern has seven pages - don’t get discouraged by it. It is always very important to me that my patterns explain you everything very detailed and that you have the opportunity to tick off the steps you have already finsihed. The patterns gives you written instructions and contains a chart.

MATERIAL:

• 2 different colourways of Schibot Garne Soft Socks: --> main colour (sample used “Globetrotter”): about 60-80g --> contrasting colour for the heel (sample is “Finsternis): about 8-10g
• US 1½ (2.5mm) needles - DPNs or circulars, whatever you prefer
• optional: stitch markers (to mark the beginning/end of texture pattern* optional: progress keepers (to count the rows)
• darning needle
• scissor

ÜBER DIESE ANLEITUNG:

Socken mit einem leicht zu merkendem Strukturmuster. Dieses Design ist sowohl für Männer als auch für Frauen geeignet.
Für meine Version habe ich unsere Soft Socks in der Färbung Globetrotter und Finsternis verwendet - daher auch der Name der Anleitung.
Diese Anleitung enthält Anweisungen für drei verschiedene Größen: S (EU-Größe 34-37), M (EU-Größe 38-41) und L (EU-Größe 42-45). Du kannst dieses Paar Socken mit einem Nadelspiel oder der Magic Loop Methode oder mit einer 9’’ (23cm) Rundstricknadel stricken.
Diese Socken werden von oben nach unten in der Runde gestrickt. Die Anleitung führt dich Schritt für Schritt zu deinem nächsten Paar Socken. Auch das Arbeiten der Ferse und Spitze wird genau erklärt.
Bei der Ferse handelt es sich nicht um eine typische Bumerangferse, da die Ferse in einer Kontrastfarbe gearbeitet wird und diese nicht oben auf der Socke zu sehen sein soll. Die Anleitung erklärt dir sehr genau, wie man diese Ferse strickt und beinhaltet einen kleinen Trick, um Löcher zu vermeiden.
Die Anleitung ist sieben Seiten lang - lass dich davon nicht abschrecken. Mir ist es bei meinen Anleitungen sehr wichtig, alles genau zu erklären und dir die Möglichkeit zu bieten abzuhaken, was du schon geschafft hast. Die Anleitung ist ausgeschrieben und enthält eine Strickschrift.
