Autumn and winter around here are full of grey and rainy days. They say that a splash of colour can brighten up the gloomiest of days…

The idea for this hat was born when I designed the Gloomy Day Cowl for my 5-year-old daughter. She simply asked me if I could make her a matching hat (and mittens, too…).

The hat comes in two sizes (so far). The child size will fit a 5-year-old comfortably, with a bit of stretch left to grow into. The adult size fits an average woman’s hat.
