This design was inspired by all of the cool Glorias out there. But most especially the Gloria with the most swagger, Gloria Swanson.

The band (arm) of the handwarmer is worked first. It is worked flat and lengthwise. Once you bind off you will seam it together to form the finished base. (Seaming instructions are included in the pattern. An extended tutorial of how to seam is on our blog.) One you have seamed the base, you will pick up stitches on one side and join to work in the round to work the hand.

These handwarmers have a matching cloche and headband!
