Flame chevrons shift and shimmer across the surface of this shawl.

This top-down three-wedge shawl is easily resized by repeating the main pattern section (12 RS row repeat), and can be made in any weight of yarn.

The pattern includes a chart for the main design and edging (the selvage stitches and spines are not charted), and fully written instructions.

The sample used 675yds of Valley Yarns Charlemont (439yds/100g) in Thistle, on US4/3.5mm 24” circular needles, with a gauge of 5.5sts/in stockinette, blocked. Finished measurements (blocked and relaxed) are 54” wingspan, 20” center back, 26” spines.
