Glory Socks
Socks are knit top-down with circular needles using the Magic Loop method. It can also be easily adapted for DPN.
Sock circumference: 20 cm/8” (will fit foot circumference 20-22cm/8-8.5”).
The difference in fit is achieved by changing the gauge. If you need wider socks - use thicker yarn or add a companion.
The length of the sock is adjustable.
The colorwork is charted.
YARN:
MC: 200 m/219 yd of fingering weight yarn
CC1: 30 m/33 yd of fingering weight yarn
CC2: 30 m/33 yd of fingering weight yarn
Shown with Filcolana Arwetta (80% merino wool, 20% nylon)
Colorways: MC :143, CC1: 136, CC2: 340.
GAUGE: 30sts in 10cm/4” of stockinette stitch and colorwork
NEEDLES: 2, 2.5 and 3mm/US 0, 1.5, 2.5 circular needles. Other notions: 2 stitch markers, tapestry needle.
