This cowl is a wonderful project for that special someone you wish to pass along a little luck to. The cowl was designed using the horseshoe lace pattern for a colleague that has a love for riding horses. This is a great project for someone who may be new to knitting lace or looking for a nice easy repeat. It knits up quickly (using a little less than one skein), and is soft and cozy to wear.

The pattern can be adjusted easily by changing needle size, yarn or the number of lace repeats you choose to knit. If you wish to have a smaller circumference, simply knit less repeats or choose a smaller needle size or yarn weight.

One repeat is = 10 stitches.
