It’s NOT really Brioche!

’Gluten Free Brioche’ is a hat that looks like it’s been knit in Brioche, but it’s not. The design is created by knitting twisted stitches with 2 colours. One day I’ll learn to knit Brioche, but until then, this will do.

As a surprise bonus, this hat is reversible, too! Unlike Brioche, where the pattern is the same but the colours are reversed, the reverse side of this hat gives you an entirely new pattern. You’ve got to love a happy fluke!

I’ve also included a link in the pattern to a video that will help you to do the twisted stitches with 2 different colours.

Sizes Available:

• Adult S/M - Fits up to a 22.5” Circumference
• Adult L/XL - Fits up to a 24.5” Circumference

Gauge:

• 28 sts/4” in Stockinette Stitch

• B - Myths - 10g/40yds
• C - Lettuce -10g/40yds
• D - Turner - 10g/40yds

Needles:

• 3.00mm and 3.75mm needles on a 16” cord and 3.75mm DPNs or circular needles with a 40” cord for Magic Loop
