A sweet knit to celebrate a birthday or any sweet lover. This Gluten Free Cupcake Hat Recipe starts with cake knit in the round from the bottom up. Then topped with a frosting row of small bobbles (video tutorial included) and continues with stockinette stitches decreasing to shape the crown. Top your cupcake with a vintage button cherry, or use beads or sequins as sprinkles.

CO cast on
BOR beginning of round
DPN double pointed needles
PM place marker
SM slip marker
K knit
P purl
K2tog knit 2 together insert the right needle into the next 2 stitches, from left to right, and knit together as one stitch
SB small bobble knit into the front, back, front, back and front- to make 5 st from 1, turn P5, turn, pass 2nd, 3rd, 4th, and 5th stitches, one at a time over the previous stitch, then K into back of 5th stitch.
