Knitted in a soft and fine wool - Fonty BB merino - to highlight the work of the cables, Glycine is worked seamlessly flat from the bottom up, in one piece to the armholes ; the cardigan has vertical buttonbands casted on and knitted with the body for an accentuated vertical effect ; after the shoulders are joined with a free needle bind-off, sleeve stitches are picked up and knitted in the round. The last step is to pick up and knit a few rows for the neckband. There are no seams.The two patterns “cable” and “glycine” are knit following the charts.

Tricoté dans une laine douce et fine - la Fonty BB merino - pour mettre en valeur le travail des torsades, ce cardigan est travaillé à plat en un seul morceau jusqu’aux emmanchures ; les bandes de boutonnage sont tricotées avec le corps pour un effet vertical accentué ; une fois les épaules assemblées, les mailles des manches sont relevées et tricotées en rond. Le col est ensuite tricoté en relevant les mailles. Il n’y a aucune couture. Les deux motifs en relief “torsade” et “glycine” se tricotent en suivant les grilles.
