The dress has a broad section of lace at the lower edge, then panels of stocking stitch and lace up to the yoke, which is knitted in garter stitch. The sleeves are also knitted in lace and join the front and backs at the start of the yoke. Once joined, a narrow back band with button holes is made at the opening.

The dress requires approximately 6 20g balls of DMC size 20 cotton. Narrow ribbon and small buttons are also needed.
