Gnister is a baby blanket with a beautiful slip stitch pattern using 3 colours. The slip stitch pattern makes the fabric appear almost woven, and as if the colours spark of each other, which gives the blanket it’s name (”gnist” is the Danish word for spark).
The body of the blanket is worked first in the slip stitch pattern. Then stitches are picked up along the edge, and the edge is knit, first in the round and then finally sideways on in a little lace pattern.

3 colours of Hverdagsuld from CaMaRose (100 % wool, 150 m per 50g)

• Colour A – 150 g in colour 05 “varm lys grå”
• Colour B – 100 g in colour 18 “lavendel”
• Colour C – 100 g in colour 28 “blågrøn”
