I, personally, LOVE receiving candles as a gift! I often purchase a few extras as well, to give as last minute gifts for any additional guests. I thought this would be a fun way to add a homemade touch to the holidays. It would also make the perfect Teacher’s gift, Housewarming gift, or any occasion. The color options are endless, and you can add embellishments to match any season!

The pattern was written using a large Yankee Candle Jar Candle, but it will fit any large jar candle with a glass lid. The metal lids will work; however, the hat may not stay on as well as with a glass lid.

5.5 mm Hook - Or size needed to obtain gauge
Yarn (worsted and eyelash/faux fur)
Scissors

1” Wooden Bead for nose
Optional - Ribbon to tie body
