This was the first normal hat that I ever made. Someone suggested to me that I should make it brown and add a Hershey kiss label thingy on top, so feel free to make one as such if you wish.

Anecdote: The first item that I made was a miserable excuse for a hat, and it was created in that time between learning how to awkwardly single crochet actually sitting down and officially learning the rest of the stitches. So my first hat is a huge mess, because I hadn’t ever looked at a hat pattern and I didn’t know how to decrease and I started from the rim, which I never do now if I can avoid it. Now that hat resides in the darkest corner of my closet, where I try to avoid looking at it.
