Go-To Cardi is a slightly oversized, drop shouldered, open cardigan, and the sister to my previously released Go-To Sweater. This time, I’m holding two strands of yarn together to create this squishy, soft, cozy fabric which creates a worsted weight gauge. If slub yarn is not your thing, you can knit with any yarn that gives you gauge!
The sweater is knit flat, top down seamlessly in one piece with drop-shoulder construction and I-cord edging around collar and sweater front, body bind-off, sleeve bind-off and finishing pocket tops. It is designed for 6 - 10” (15 – 25.5 cm) positive ease depending on your style. I-cord edging is created for a nice smooth finish to neckline and front closures.
The pockets are knit seamlessly along with the cardigan. Pattern includes video tutorials. This pattern has been tested and tech edited!
