Yarn Shibui Heichi (100% silk; 105 yd [96 m]/1 3/4 oz [50 g]): graffiti, 6 (6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11) skeins.

Needles Size 8 (5 mm): 24–40” circular (cir) depending on size you are making, and set of double-pointed (dpn). Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.

Notions Markers (m); stitch holders; tapestry needle; five 3/4” buttons.

Gauge 16 sts and 32 rows = 4” in garter st.
