Godet Skirt
Knit top-down and in the round, this women’s skirt is a quick knit. A back pleat and full-fashioned waistband give tailored appeal to a breezy yarn.
FINISHED SIZE 35 (37, 39 1/4, 41 1/4, 43 1/4, 45 1/4)“ hip circumference. Skirt shown measures 35”.
YARN Rowan Purelife Revive (36% recycled silk, 36% recycled cotton, 28% recycled viscose; 137 yd 125 m/1 3/4 oz 50 g): #465 rock, 7 (7, 7, 8, 8, 9) skeins. Yarn distributed by Westminster Fibers.
NEEDLES Size 5 (3.75 mm): 29” circular (cir) and spare 29” cir same size or smaller. Adjust needle size if necessary to obtain the correct gauge.
NOTIONS Markers (m); tapestry needle; elastic, 2” wide and 35 (37, 39, 41, 43, 45)“ long.
GAUGE 22 sts and 26 rnds = 4” in St st.
