Godzilla Amigurumi
Eight-page crochet pattern for a small but stern reptile with claws. You will love him or he will show you his atomic breath! Intermediate skill required. Mostly single and double crochet stitches, some triple crochet, increases, decreases and a few tricky steps.
Includes alternate instructions for standing or seated versions, different mouths, and baby-safe options. Stands about 8.5” tall with size I (5.5 mm) crochet hook, or 6” tall with size F (3.75 mm) hook. I don’t know how many yards or skeins are required to complete one doll, but I’ve made 4 of them and hardly put a dent in a one pound skein of worsted weight yarn. Used less than a quarter of it.
I’ve also created some videos to demonstrate the parts of the pattern that might be tricky, like the back plates and claws. You can watch them at the following links:

GOJIRA! KAIJU! Daikaiju?
ERRATUM: If using safety eyes, attach between the third and fourth rows on the head, with a gap of about 4 stitches between the eyes.
** Please do not re-sell or share this pattern, but you have my blessing to sell dolls that you create based on the pattern.
