Going Round socks are perfect for wearing everyday whether you are out and about or relaxing at home. Going Round socks feature a textured circle stitch pattern on the leg and instep creating depth in the knit fabric. Worked from the cuff, Going Round socks feature a garter eye of the Partridge heel flap, Dutch heel turn, gusset with underfoot decreases and wedge toe. Going Round socks are suitable all styles of hand dyed yarns and com in sizes suitable to make a pair for all your favourite people.

MATERIAL REQUIRED

• YARN Approximately 100-420 metres (110-450 yards) fingering (4 ply) weight yarn. Sample shown in Louise Robert Yarns Collection – Super Sock (85% Merino Superwash and 15% Nylon, 400 m / 435 yds per 100g skein), color Dream Baby.

• NEEDLES AND NOTIONS 2.5 mm (US #1.5) or size required to obtain gauge, in your favourite style (circular or double pointed) for working a small circumference in the round. Stitch markers Tapestry needle

GAUGE
34 stitches and 46 rounds = 10cm (4 inches) measured in stocking stitch.
Reminder – Check gauge and adjust needle size accordingly.
