This is Hat #11 in my 12 Hats of Christmas KAL going on now in my group Criminal Knits…for the Serial Knitter in all of us. Come join us for all the mayhem and madness.

So, once again this hat is part of a pair. This time we’re exploring narrow diagonal stitches in 2 colors, but without any of the messiness of carrying anything! Going Up! and its companion hat, are created using slipped stitches – perfect for a quick and gorgeous knit.

Materials:
Yarn:
2 50 gram, 100 yard skeins worsted weight yarn.
Needles:
US Size 6 16” circs for cast on
US Size 7 16” circs for body
US Size 7 DPNs

As written this hat fits heads from 19” – 21”
Gauge: 5 stitches = 1” in stockinette
