This shawl uses textured short-row wedges to create a graceful, asymmetric shape that can be worn in many different ways. The stripe pattern within the wedges breaks up any pooling from variegated yarns. Play with colors for different effects!

Yarn suggestions:
Color A: 400yds of solid or semi-solid yarn
Color B: 350yds of contrasting variegated or solid yarn
Color C: 155-160yds of coordinating solid or semi-solid yarn, or use Color A or B
I used a full skein of House of A La Mode Glittering Gold in Aqua Fresh as Color A with only a few yards left over, most of a skein of Republic of Wool Fingering in Candy is Dandy (special color for StevenBe for MN Yarn Shop Hop 2016) as Color B, and almost every inch of 3 MadelineTosh Unicorn Tails in Cousteau as Color C.
