This listing is for the Gone Fishing Applique pattern.
The pattern is written in U.S. terms. Using a 3.5mm hook will be approx. 18cm high & 17cm wide.
I use stylecraft special double knit for most of my applique patterns but any double knit yarn is suitable. Gauge is not important
It looks gorgeous on a blanket or in a shadow box. It looks great on a bag or wall hanging too.
