Good Basic Gloves
Needles: This pattern uses two sizes of double pointed needles, with the smaller size used for ribbing. The size varies from US size 0 to US size 2, whatever is necessary for gauge (see below).
Notes on Gauge: The sizing in this pattern is accomplished by varying the weight of the yarn to reach a desired gauge. The pattern suggests (in stockinette):
- Size Small: 15 sts = 2 in
- Size Medium: 14 sts = 2 in
- Size Large: 13 sts = 2 in
- Size Extra Large: 12 sts = 2 in
