Yardage in the magazine is incorrect
You will need 100g or 300yds of yarn to make this shawl

I have recently re knitted this shawl again so that I had a sample to photograph as the original was never returned to me when Knit magazine went bust.

I can confirm that the sample in Malabrigo Silky DK on 5mm needles took less than 100g ( 2 skeins) or 300yds
