Goodbye Sandals
Yes, it’s that time of year when people put away their sandals and make the switch to socks and tennies. Sadness. So why not cheer up your toes and knit a colorful pair of anklets? Anyway, doesn’t everyone have a ball or two of Cascade’s Fixation yarn hanging around?
Sizes: Ladies Small (U.S. shoe size up to 7½) and Ladies Medium/Large (U.S. shoe size 8 and larger).
Yarn needed: 1 ball (plain color socks) of Cascade Fixation yarn (DK weight, 100 grams, 98.3% cotton, 1.7% Spandex), or 2 different colored balls (striped socks) of Fixation.
Materials needed: U.S. Size 4 double pointed needles (or size to achieve gauge) and a tapestry needle. (Note: I’m a tight knitter. You might need to go down to a size 3 if you’re a loose knitter.)
