As the year winds down into darkness, as the cold stops nipping and starts to really bite, we humans seek out the light. The bright places, the warm gatherings, the sparkle and the wonder of hope for light returning. We call this season Christmas, or Yule, or Hanukkah, or Kwanza, or Lussinatta, or… So many festivals, so much hope.

Goode Cheere is a bright, warm hat perfect for this chilly season of hope in the darkness. Warm colourwork creates a double layer that adds extra insulation on the coldest of nights, and the folded brim extends that double layer warmth all the way to the earlobes. The forgiving fit and endless colour options makes this a fabulous pattern for gift giving, but do remember to make one of your own!
