The Crochet Goodnight Kisses Rectangle Blanket is the sister project to the Goodnight Kisses Baby Blanket, which is the square version. I know the community members like to have options.

I decided to play with 3 colors using my favorite, Red Heart With Love yarn. The sizing on this blanket is baby, coming in at 34″ x 39″, but if you follow Mikey’s guide found here, Rectangle Granny Afghans: All Sizes Pattern, and alter your starting chain length based on his chart of suggestions. For instance, if I were going to make a throw-sided afghan, I’d start with 31. Just make sure you start with an odd number of chains.
