Meet the adorable cookie elf inspired by my local girl scouts group. I designed her as a table mascot for the troop leader’s daughter and everyone loved her so much that I decided to write her up and share her with the world. She is an intermediate pattern and does require the need to know how to surface crochet she is easy to adapt in varied colors.

Materials

4mm hook

Scissors

Yarn needle

Stitch marker

75-100 yards of blue yarn

75-100 yards of chocolate brown yarn

60-75 yards of pink yarn

20 yards of darker contrasting blue yarn for hair

1 yard or less of black and white yarn for eyes  or safety eyes(10-14mm)

1 yard or less of color of choice for smile
