Goostrey Granny Cushion
Goostrey Granny Cushion was available originally as part of a kit designed for the Cheshire Fibre Festival 2016.
This is the perfect next step project if you have learnt to make granny squares as it shows you how to make granny stripes and diagonal stripes, and how to join squares as you go.
You can make a cushion combining any 2 of the 4 granny variations into one cushion. or simply use one technique for both sides of your cushion. Or make a set using all the combinations!
Requires 1 ball each of 3 different colours.
Buttons are optional, you could completely encase your cushion - but granny sts are perfect buttonholes!
40cm cushion pad is also needed.
The pattern is easily adapted to different sizes - just make your stripes, squares or diagonals to fit your cushion pad.
Written in English crochet terms and includes charts and some photos of how to join granny squares.
