I would call this an intermediate pattern just because joining the fingers is a little fidgety and some modifications I mention may not make sense to beginners but if you are a beginner I wouldn’t be intimidated, it’s a good pattern to help you increase your skill and I have included a modification to make the pattern easier by where you forgo making the fingers all together and just have the hands rounded.

You will need a full skein of the bernat blankets but only about 1/4 of the grey or tan worsted and small amounts of black and white worsted. Any worsted yarn should do, so a great opportunity to use up those small balls in your stash.

Other then yarns and hooks you will need a darning needle and some pins for postions pieces to be sewn on.

The finished product is about 14 inches high.
