Our knit group had a knitalong for the eadon Sweater by Susanna IC zuzusus from Twist Collective Fall 2011. I had purchased sock yarn to match my sweater yarn, and wanted to make socks with the same beautiful cable and rib pattern, but couldn’t find any that quite met my specifications. I found socks with a similar cable in the Candy Twist Cable Socks by Leanne Brown yarnardent, but by the time I was finished, the pattern had grown into something almost completely new, and this led to a desire to write up my first “real” pattern. I have included both charted and written directions.
