A two-tone slip stitch cowl, tapered for a comfy fit (wider at shoulders/narrower at neckline). Inspired by taking lovely walks on Block Island, where a cowl helps block the wind. I love slip stitch patterns as they are a great venue for color work while only having to work with one color at a time!

Yarn:
North Light Fibers - ATLANTIC (100% Falkland Islands wool; 2.5 oz / 170 yards per hank) in the following shades:
A Stone Wall: 1 x 2.5 oz hank (~170 yards)

Needles and notions:
Circular knitting needles sizes 8 and 9, 24” long
Tapestry needle
Stitch marker
Row counter

Gauge:
17 sts and 38 rows = 4” over pattern stitch (in the round) with size 9 needle.
