The name for this shawl was originally Garter & Lace, but when you combine those two words, you get Grace. Thus, a shawl was born. This pattern combines simple elements; humble garter stitch, easy lace and a basic shape, to make something that is bigger than the sum of it’s parts. The shawl has three triangles to make it extra big and cozy. It’s finished off with a fun knitted-on border for a bit of a challenge.

Note: I needed just a bit of the third skein to finish the border. If you are using a yarn with more yardage, 2 skeins should suffice
