Graceful Curve, Shawl
Verla (owner of Unraveled Sheep in Sandy, Utah) and I are at it again. She got wonderful new yarns in and, of course, we had to design a 1-skein project for the yarn. We started early Thursday morning and did all the ripping out and starting over up until 5:00 p.m. By 5:00 we knew that at least half of the shawl would work. I took it home and added a couple more edgings and by Sunday I was smiling. It worked. I think we were both surprised how nicely it turned out. Verla was my test knitter and worked up the design in Artyarn’s Beaded Mohair that turned out gorgeous. I am sorry to say that the photographs do not show off the beautiful little beads, and the delicious feel of the yarn. What a way to dress up a casual outfit or make an outfit glamorous.
