This is knit with the magic loop method, but could easily be done with DPNs.
You will need US size 4 32” circular needles (or DNPs)
You will need embroidery thread, needle, stuffing, safety eyes and nose (or you can make your own nose with clay)
Recommended yarn (though you can use any worsted weight or DK yarn you would like)
Soft & Sleek DK, Yarn Bee, 1 skeins (White) (2 strands held together)
Soft & Sleek DK, Yarn Bee, 1 skeins (Gray) (2 strands held together)
Simply Soft Solids, Caron, 1 skeins (black)
Scrap yarn for collar, 1 skeins
