This is a hat that will really show your dynamic love of colors, you can do it with various solids like I did, or better yet if you have some variegated or self striping yarn you want to use, you can even do it with that.
For the one shown, I used some Red Heart With Love yarn in colors Peacock for the main color - MC
Blue Hawaii for Contract Color 1 - CC1
Iced Aqua for Contrast Color 2 - CC2
and White for Contrast Color 3 - CC3
