Gradient Hand Spun Yarn
This is a simple way for hand spinners to create a gradient yarn by using 3 yarns when plying. No blending boards or carders needed.
This was inspired by Cecelia Campochiaro’s book Making Marls, a sourcebook for multistrand handknitting. and just adapting to hand spinning.
Included in the Spinning Pattern, is a simple bias Knitting Pattern; but this yarn has so many great possibilities.
Please post your creations, to help inspire us all.
Enjoy your spin,
Ruth x
