This poncho is knit in the round with little to no finishing. Easy to knit; easy to wear; easy to customize sizes.

DK or Worsted weight yarn held with mohair. Essential print mohair will give a subtle gradient.
Size 9 needle for DK, size 10 for worsted. One size smaller for garter collar and garter edge. (Or size needle that gives you fabric you like)
Gauge of 14 sts to 4” is for worsted weight yarn + mohair. The use of DK will give you a gauge of 16 sts to 4” Gauge not critical.

Yarn: 4 skeins worsted or DK yarn (solid or tonal if using painted mohair) about 700 yards
2 balls of gradient Essential Painted mohair. (If using variegated worsted a solid mohair will work)
