Grand Canyon
This is a fun slipped stitch scarf. 5 different slipped stitch patterns are alternated throughout the scarf. This is a fantastic way to use up leftover sock yarn.
In the sample I used a natural for my first contrast color and then a random of variegated and semi solid hand dyed yarns I had left over from other projects. I used Big Sky Yarns from their National Parks series for this particular scarf.
If you are a tight knitter feel free to use a 2.5 or size 3 for this project. Might require a few more yards of the first contrast yarn.
This scarf is worked flat and then seamed up AFTER blocked to give it the optimal length.
