Although this seems quite complex this is actually not very difficult to knit. It uses basic stitches, k, p, ssk, k2 tog, p2 tog , p2 tog through back loop and yo.

The pattern can be adapted to be bigger or smaller as desired, adding or reducing pattern repeats. In this case more or less yarn will be necessary.
